Hello — I'm Oscar
"Making the future possible from the present."
A first-gen immigrant, operations builder and IT-to-Ops-Technology professional who humanizes complexity — now bringing that same focus and work ethic into the electrical trade.
About Me
I'm a millennial, first-generation immigrant who learned to read rooms before I read English. That early hyper-awareness became the root of everything I do — listening deeply, translating between worlds, and designing experiences that actually land.
My career sits at the intersection of operations technology, IT systems, and community building. I've led teams in Alaska's public sector, nonprofits, and emerging tech — and I'm now bringing that toolkit into the electrical trade, right here in Alaska.

A Few Things You Should Know
What I Bring
I design systems that scale — CRM pipelines, project frameworks, AI-assisted workflows — so teams stop firefighting and start moving.
Electrical-adjacent, hands-on with buildouts and infrastructure. I keep the systems teams rely on out of the way so the work can move.
From arts venues to municipal programs, I design the conditions for genuine connection — not just audience accumulation.
I'm fluent in the new tools — Claude, agentic workflows and composable skill pipelines — and I know how to embed them in workflows without breaking what works.
Scrum-aligned discipline meets practical agility. I hold timelines, manage stakeholders, and steady work that's drifting off track.
I grew up translating between worlds. That skill transfers directly to bridging departments, clients and union & non-union crews. It's also the core to my mentorship and teaching style.
In the Field & Off the Clock
One of four founders that brought an arts and culture venue to life — hosting shows, exhibitions, and markets. As Community Manager and Studio Manager, I was the primary face to the public and the clients who made it run. High energy, live conditions, no margin for error and the grace to learn as we went along. It taught me how to hold a space, earn trust fast, and keep things moving when everything is on the line.
I'm open to a 20-minute conversation — no pressure, no pitch. Just two people seeing if there's something worth building together.
Before you book — what project or role brought you here? Helps me show up prepared. Totally optional.
